This is the beginning of my illustrations for Dark Days Productions. I will probably use the same color scheme as the text.

This is the first of four different color schemes. I have been asked to use dark and bright colors together. These kind of color schemes are seen quite a lot in pop zombie graphics for bands in the music world.

This is the beginning of the work for Dark Days Productions music label. I have been asked to produce a font and some graphics for the music label. As you can see i have put up my first sketch of the font i came up with.

Just a few shots from last year...

Brixton.

A spot Will and I found one day on our skate spot searches. This spot had it all, a really big open area to get creative with. A nice selection of wood and bricks to build almost skate-able objects. A set of rails, a sofa to pop over and even a flood light for in the dark.

This is our first creation outa some weird concrete slabs that we dug up.

Haha! This is what ended up skating. A pretty tech manual if u ask me...

These are the rails. This spot was mega sketchy but the rails were so difficult to skate.

And here you can see why. Its the run up you have, its smaller than the size of a curb.

And this is the amazing sofa gap. Something i have seen in a lot of skate videos(mainly the American ones) where they'd skate a sofa in the suburbs or something. And i always wanted to find a spot to skate and pop a sofa.... my dream came true.

Its not the best looking sofa but it still felt good poppin flips over it.

This is our shit skatepark round the corner where we spent way to many days.

This is Stithians skate park...

its pretty sick. Its easy to spend a whole day here and session the hardcore concrete... the pipe, flat bank and grind box are all perfect. The fun box hidden away by the pipe in the picture above is the only thing that is a little on the small side. Its got a lame rail in the middle with a lame hubba on the side. Still fun tho....

Here is my progression with my cross stitch.

This is a skull which took me 14 hours to get to this point. I think im going to stitch in some black for the shading. This will be in the white areas for the eyes, nose, cheek etc. I think it will make it look a lot better but take forever.

Manifesto.

Here we were briefed to produce a manifesto... i can't really remember what the brief specifically asked of us but somehow i ended up producing these.

They are cards that promote something to do, to defeat boredom. Each card has some text designed on the front trying to incorporate a feel for what the subject is about. Then on the back, there are suggestions on what to do.

These are my prints made from zinc etching plates. This process and technique is something i enjoy doing in my spare time. I love that you can make numerous prints from the plates and one will never be the same as the other. Also the heavy piece of zinc that you have produced is also a really nice piece of work.

DIY TATTOO

Here is mine and Wills attempt at doing our own tattoos with just a needle wrapped onto a pencil with sewing thread. It took fucking ages but turned out pretty sic! We did this about a month or so ago and its still going strong. Its actually gotten darker as time went by because in the pic it looks pretty faint.

It was Will who did the tatt on my finger and before he did it he tried the process out on himself first. Below is his triangle on his foot.
